| Details: | Firm did the repair of broken pipe, flush system, and do repeat testing in December 2025. The boil notice went from Dec 23-31, see that contact report. Emailed compliance to ask that the ten point violation be returned to compliance. While I was on the phone with the operator I asked the status of the operations and maintenance manual and also let her know that monthly coliform samples have not been received for January or February. She said she would get both items addressed on Monday and email me with a followup. | ||
