| Details: | DWS contacted operator to discuss January 2026 corrosion control report. January data included one excursion for falling below the minimum pH (7.0), and three occasions of pH equal to the minimum. Yachats has three under-certified operators who are receiving training on water quality sample/parameter collection, and additional emphasis is needed on calibration, confirmation, and communication with DRC when low pH results are recorded. This is the 1st excursion in the 6-month window Jan - Jun 2026. |
