| Details: | DRC stated they corrected most of the deficiencies stated on the 12/05/2025 water system survey, so the regulator visited the water system to verify. The following were corrected: 1.) The sanitary seal is watertight. New stainless-steel bolts were installed on the wellhead casing 2.) The chlorine injector is proportion to flow. It now operates when the well pump is active 3.) Free chlorine is being measured and recorded as required 4.) Residual chlorine monitoring records were available for viewing and current |
