| Details: | Positive coliform follow up for repeat samples. Single repeat sample was positive. Original routine on Feb 20th was from space 63, and the positive repeat was from space 61. Discussed with operator and she will attempt to chlorinate the system, flush and take at least one special verification sample. The operator discussed beginning steps to install chlorination for residual maintenance. | ||
