| Details: | Received alert that the coliform sample collected at on March 3, 2026, at 60334 WOODSIDE RD. FAUCET, was total coliform positive, E. coli negative. Advised system that within 24 hours they should collect all necessary repeats (upstream, downstream, original site) and triggered source assessment samples at all groundwater wells in use on that date. Beyond that, no additional actions are required at this time. Update 3-9-2026: Sample 175-2788-1 was mislabeled as a triggered-source. Have submitted a request to change it to a repeat. Once it is changed to a repeat, this will trigger a level 1 coliform investigation. Provided system with level 1 form and instructions, requesting that the form be returned within 30 days. Only two wells were in use in the zone with the TC+ routing (wells #5 and #6). Triggered-source samples at those sources were TC-. Have requested that all other triggered-source schedules be deleted. |
