| Details: | Phone call with Warren to discuss coliform bacteria monitoring and missed samples for 2025. He was unaware of the monitoring and reporting requirements for an OVS system, and I emailed him a link to his water system on data online and the OVS M&R guidance document. He stated that the water system consists of one well with 4 connections in a 4-plex building and that it is currently on the market. I asked that he pass along the information I sent to the new owner once property is sold. | ||
