| Details: | System was contacted regarding the December 2025 SWTR report, which showed the system exceeded the allowable Pressure Decay Rate (0.114 psi/min) on December 19 (0.49 psi/min) and December 21 (0.50 psi/min). DWS staff explained these exceedances constitute a Treatment Technique (TT) violation (#902608703), requiring the system to issue a Tier 2 Public Notice by April 14, 2026. The system was provided a Tier 2 PN template for customization and instructed to submit a copy of the final notice along with the distribution date. | ||
