| Details: | Discussed Total Coliform and E. coli positive result from 2/25/26. Firm was not able to submit 1 trigger sample and 3 repeat samples within a week. Public Notice letter is being sent to the firm. Firm must submit 1 trigger and 3 repeat samples as soon as possible and agreed to do so. Another level 2 coliform report must be completed and submitted. Firm must also do plan review for either UV or Chlorination disinfection. Owner agreed to contact drinking water to do plan review. | ||
