| Details: | I had an in-person meeting with the owner, James Beard, Manny, and John Feroldi to discuss what corrective actions the PWS has done. They informed me that an overloaded in-ground septic tank (located near the park manager's office) was found. They pumped the sludge out of the tank, cleaned the tank components, and replaced a damaged fitting that was identified during the reassembly. It was recommended that the tanks are pumped every 12-18 months. A nitrate sample was collected on 11/12/25, 12/16/25, 1/13/26, and 2/2/26. + 3/5/26: Nitrate test results are still showing under the nitrate MCL (10.0 mg/l).
