| Details: | 03.11.2026 - A review of DWS Data Online records indicates only one Public Notice has been reported to the DWS since December 19, 2023. While the operator maintains a log of approximately 28 leaks, the system has not historically documented which of these events resulted in a total loss of pressure or pressure dropping below 20 psi. Next steps: The operator indicated that the City Planner will retrieve records of all public notices previously issued to customers during the years 2024-2025 and submit copies to DWS to update the state’s compliance records. Moving forward, the operator will specifically track and document every leak or main break that results in a total loss of pressure to ensure proper Tier 1 notification triggers are met. Technical guidance was provided via email to ensure future Public Notices are posted and reported to the regulator in full accordance with state administrative rules. |
