| Details: | 03.12.2026 - The operator reached out to clarify that the system's operating period is May 15 to October 15, not May 15 to November 15. A request was made to delete the recent violation that was issued for not submitting a SWT report for November 2025. Next steps: Data Online has been updated to reflect the accurate seasonal operating period (May 15 – October 15). DMCE confirmed the November 2025 violation cannot be deleted from the historical record. However, once the system submits their SWT report for the month of May, the violation will return to compliance. |
