I have attached a fillable level 1 investigation form for your use. Please fill out and return to us at your earliest convenience. This is the recommendation I have from Jeff: do a find and fix investigation this can including flushing or chlorinating the reservoir, you can always take additional investigative samples for the lab to analyze to make sure the Total Coliform issues have been resolved prior to your next sampling event. Due to your water system classification, there will be a requirement to sample three temporary routines in the month of April.
