| Details: | Received a call from the operator stating that the lab called him to let him know that the triggered source and three repeat distribution samples that were submitted yesterday were all positive for total coliform. I let the operator know that the next best thing would be to likely have the well and system shocked since the total coliform is in the source. In addition to look at the well head to ensure the casing is tight and screened vent is in place. After shocking and flushing I suggested taking a special sample at the well and in distribution. | ||
