| Details: | I e-mailed Rod McCoy and cc'd company regional manager Cory Dettrich that a violation was posted for missing the February monthly coliform sample. I advised returning to monthly sampling would return the system to compliance. I gave the e-mail for compliance data uploading if it is available. I also offered consultation for remaining survey deficiencies overdue. |
