| Details: | DWS staff contacted system contacts via email regarding overdue VOC monitoring. The last VOC sample was submitted 12/27/2022 and the system has since received multiple failure-to-monitor violations. DWS staff requested the system update its 2026 statement of work with their contracted lab (Columbia Laboratories) to include VOC sampling as soon as possible and confirm DBP sampling in July. Prior to the email, DWS staff also spoke with Columbia Laboratories by phone, who confirmed they had not received recent VOC samples and indicated DBP sampling was currently scheduled for September. DWS staff informed them that DBP sampling should occur in July and advised that the system would be contacting them to update the statement of work. DWS staff requested confirmation once VOC sampling is scheduled so the DMCE unit can be updated on the plan moving forward. | ||
