| Details: | I have requested this system change from a TNC to an OVS in Survey 123. They have recently changed to a long-term residential facility with 2-5 RV's and 1 resident with a maximum of 10 sites and 21 persons. They qualify for a monitoring reduction for nitrate to every 3 years. Because they missed their 2nd quarter 2025 coliform sample, they must still complete 6 consecutive coliform samples to be eligible for a reduction for coliform. I will also share this info with Chuck Michaels and Suzanne Yellowtail on these changes. |
