| Details: | Left VM with Roy this morning regarding coliform positive sample. I also spoke with him yesterday morning after he rec'd a call from the lab, but he was unsure of the result and DWS had not rec'd it yet. I explained yesterday over the phone if the sample was positive that a repeat at same location in distribution and a triggered source sample at the well was required. Left VM this morning with the same instructions and asked for a phone call back if he had any questions. | ||
