| Details: | Called and spoke with Antonio via phone about the overdue deficiencies for Plan Review not complete, certified system operator, and setback hazards. The firm is working to address the Plan Review items and had had two taps installed at the two sources well heads. Antonio also stated that an updated map of the system has been developed. The water system operator course was discussed and information on the course was provided via text message. |
