| Details: | The water system is making progress on correcting the deficiencies from the 2023 survey. The chemical monitoring is up to date and the written protocols does not apply at this time. Fischer is certified at the minimum level for the water system and the other staff are not currently working on the potable side. A written protocol template was sent to Fischer. We also reviewed the backflow testing report and operations and maintenance manual. | ||
