| Details: | Received an alert for a nitrate result of 9.12 mg/L from a sample collected on 12/3/25. Kyle emailed the chain of custody form for the nitrate sample, which showed it was collected upstream of the point-of-use treatment units. The units should remove nitrate in addition to arsenic. No further action required at this time. | ||
