| Details: | Stopped at Eagle Creek Saloon to look at the Storage Tank Vent to see if screened properly for plan review final approval. There is an unidentified white device on the end of the vent and we are not able to discern if it meets the requirement. Photo taken and being sent to OHA DWS. | ||
