| Details: | WS added to inventory in 2025 has violations for not submitting Nitrate, Arsenic, IOC, SOC, VOC samples. Jessica emailed lab reports showing IOC including nitrate and arsenic, SOC, VOC were collected In January & February of 2026. All were reported to OHA DWS in February 2026. WS is scheduled to take a round of Lead and copper samples in June 2026. | ||
