| Details: | November 2025 survey noted gaps at the margins of well casing and concrete at both wellheads. Also both reservoirs/tanks had unprotected openings in the top and the hatch for #2 was not secure and no operator on file. Owner Carl emailed me photos of the concrete repairs at the well casings and screens on openings of reservoirs and #2 hatch secure. Carl submitted SGWO certificate and application to Carolyn and CCd me. He will also submit application for Deschutes Mobile park. These are considered corrected. |
