| Details: | I spoke with the operator regarding violation 900918909 for a late or missing Gross Alpha report at EP-A. The operator provided a copy of the sample analyzed on 9/19/2025, with the report generated on 10/11/2025. The report should have been sent to both the state and the operator at that time. I re-sent the report to DMCE on 03/24/2026. |
