| Details: | I e-mailed JJ Olson of NW Water to advise him a violation was posted by OHA DWS for DBP sampling in 2025. A note is attached to a result in July of 2025 that the sample was taken from a not approved site. I included screenshots and offered to help clear up if possible . | ||
