| Details: | I spoke with Shana Reno about the water system and explained that DWS needs to address the lead and copper violation with a formal schedule. I explained the schedule would take the form of an agreement with Ted Phipps, the property owner, and require lead and copper samples to be collected and reported this summer. Shana said she thought the plan was agreeable and I will send her the proposed document by email for review. | ||
