| Details: | Called and spoke with the operator regarding the upcoming deadline (April 6, 2026) to fix all deficiencies outlined in the last water survey. The operator stated that he has been trying to work with management to fix the deficiencies but have not made a lot of progress. I offered to sit the operator down to help establish the ERP, O&M Manual, Coliform Sampling Plan, and DRC Designation form to address some of the deficiencies outlined. I will schedule with the operator in the coming days. |
