Details: Tia left message on 5/16/2019 and Abbie followed up on 5/17/2019. Tia indicated that she had received the letter about survey deficiencies and that the roof had already been replaced/sealed. I confirmed that she needed to send a photo showing the repairs and the deficiency would be resolved. She indicated that she would send in the documentation via email.
