| Details: | Requested RTC 3/16/2026 to compliance. System has 12 points. Please RTC and remove points for violation 90223971 for E.coli+ 12/17/2025. System took corrective action by chlorinating and flushing and has had 2 consecutive months of absent samples in Jan and Feb and will take March routine next week. They have also had several absent specials from distribution and took 5 source water compliance samples and all absent.(taken late on 12/30) Also please RTC 902239719 and 902239720 for PN violations. Boil Water PN was distributed 12/18/25 and submitted to me, just not to DWS. See associated CRs 12/17-12/29/2025. |
