| Details: | System Admin sent copies of the Backflow check valve test results from March. This item has been marked corrected on August 2025 Survey deficiency list. The other remaining item is pending additional photos: screen on vent of storage and photo of interior of tank sealed where pipe enters. I left voicemail this morning 03-31-26 asking for those as well. |
