Details:	I emailed Diana to set up a water survey and to let her know nitrate monitoring was supposed to be occurring quarterly since the detection in November 2018 but there are no results reported. Lead and copper was missed as well (only one sample was reported in 2018 and the system is required to take 5) so the system score is up to 7.
