Items addressed:

-Taking 2026 nitrate at EP-A ASAP to resolve missing 2025 monitoring period violation.
-Documenting residual chlorine on all sample submissions that are taken after chlorination.
-Continuing diligence on submitting daily chlorination record on a monthly basis to the State. There are currently submissions for January and February 2026.

Included lab on email to help avoid any missed chlorination residuals that may be documented on COCs.

The 2026 assessment has been sampled 3/3/26 and submitted.

Update from Lab: missed the chlorine residual on the March 2026 routine COC submission. 2026 nitrate was sampled 3/3/26 and submitted to State. Not uploaded on website as of 4/2/2026.
