| Details: | Mailed DRC a letter stating the following: Subject: Sundowner Mobile Home Park, PWS ID 4101344 Dear: Mr. Bell; This letter is to update you to why the water system received a violation. The violation I am speaking about is due the Drinking Water Program not receiving the RAD - Gross Alpha and RAD - Radium 226/228 sample results by the required due date. How it works... EPA requires water systems to submit specified water samples anytime between a select monitoring period. The monitoring period I am speaking of is January 1, 2020 - December 31, 2025. BUT the latest date allowed for the results to be reported to the Drinking Water Program is by no later than January 10, 2026 or 10 days after the monitoring period ended. Unfortunately, the results from your tests have not yet been received. It is my understanding that RAD - Gross Alpha and RAD - Radium 226/228 samples were submitted to the lab in June 2025. If the results have been provided to you, please forward them to my office.
