Details: Contact the main office for OPRD Tubs Springs. Leave a message with staff for Rebekah Owens to submit repeat samples due to a positive coliform sample submitted on May 10th. Throughout this week I have sent an two emails, left a voice message on her business phone and cell phone. This morning I confirmed with the lab that repeat samples have not been submitted.
