| Details: | This is a contact report associated with a January 9, 2019 conversation with Mr. Hannum. The significant deficiency for no raw water sample tap is considered resolved. There are also 2 reports on file for no ordinance or enabling authority. Please remove the second with the due date of Aug 10, 2018 and leave the one due Apr 9, 2019. I have attempted to contact Mr. Hannum multiple times regarding the outstanding deficiency for no ordinance/enabling authority with no response. This matter will now be forwarded to enforcement. |
