Details: On April 12th, 2019 I sent an email notifying MARS Enterprises that they had not submitted a routine coliform water sample for the 1st quarter.
Later that day, Jeff Roth of MARS replied and acknowledged that the test had indeed been neglected by the system. He stated that he had taken a coliform sample a few days earlier.

During the email, the firm was notified that since this was the second missed quarterly test within the last year, MARS Enterprises will be moved to monthly routine coliform testing unless they complete the following:
  • Collect a coliform sample in April.
      Completed: Taken April 9th
  • Submit the result of the April test by the 10th of May.
      Completed: Rec'd April 23rd
  • Sample coliform a 2nd time during the 2nd quarter of 2019, at least 1 week after the sample taken in April.
      Not yet Completed
The firm received a letter from the Oregon Health Authority: Drinking Water Services outlining these requirements.
