| Details: | Contacted Will to inform him that West Union Elementary water system received a violation for neglecting to submit an annual Toluene sample for 2025. This sample must be taken between 10/1-12/31. In order to return to compliance, they must sample for Toluene between 10/1/26 to 12/31/26. It may be possible for them to reduce the sampling frequency to 3 years, but they would need to submit a waiver with the State to get permission for the reduction. Will was informed to reach out if he was interested in the waiver and needed assistance. | ||
