| Details: | I called and left a message with Mr. Millen today and informed him of the positive total coliform at the Bly water system. Gave instructions on repeats in the proper locations and the triggered sample requirement for both wells (5 total). I am also providing the info via email and asking for confirmation of this information. There is also an indication of residual disinfection concentrations slightly low (0.15 ppm) which could affect downstream disinfection, and I suggested he increase this to 0.25 ppm. |
