| Details: | Contacted Angella to inform her that a water system survey deficiency is overdue for Bethany Bible Church. The coliform sampling plan was due March 25th. I asked her to provide proof of completion and let her know that I can provide another copy of the template if she has lost the former email with the template. | ||
