| Details: | Spoke with Roxy regarding the two violations for source assessment late/nonreporting in January and March 2026. The March 2026 lab report was incorrectly labeled in Data Online so I emailed a correction request to DMCE. The January 2026 sample report was marked incorrectly as a routine sample by the lab so Roxy contacted the lab and they will resubmit a corrected assessment sample report for January 2026. | ||
