Details:	Carol and Jeremy Sarault have taken over operations of the former Gingerbread Village restaurant in Mapleton. I have sent them a new water system operator letter and a water system binder with information on the coliform sampling plan, emergency response plan and O M manual along with the last survey identifying deficiencies that need to be followed up on. Not sure on the date of activation of the water system, waiting to see when they plan to reopen the restaurant.
