| Details: | Called operator to inform them of Nitrate sampling violations. The operator claimed that only one entry point of the system sees regular use, and that this entry point had been sampled for Nitrate during 2025 as required. There is a Nitrate result for "EP-A" for 2025 currently submitted; the operator believes that the sample was incorrectly labeled, because "EP-A" is no longer in use for this system. The operator stated that they will have their lab forward results to Lane DW, will confirm which EP was actually sampled in 2025, and will confirm which entry point/well is currently being used. | ||
