| Details: | System had a positive sample in distribution and had taken 3 repeat samples in distribution. Resulting testing 2/3 samples taken were positive for coliform. Emailed the DC Parks Coastal Operator. They were directed to make sure that the host site had a back flow on the water line, shock the well according to provided documentation with NSF approved bleach and flush the lines, take a coliform sample in distribution and label it special (not required). Next steps are to take 3 repeat samples in distribution between May 1st - May 31st. Await results. System did not take a source sample this system does not chlorinate. If needed they could also take a source sample either with the special sample or with the sampling in May. |
