| Details: | Bill notified me that April's turbidity values after the new slow sand filter were all in compliance, all under 1 NTU. This is following March when the 95 % of monthly readings < 1 NTU requirement was not met. He has received final approval for the new slow sand filter and is purging some extra air bubbles to help lower turbidities. He is ordering a part to automate this process. Public notice was posted for the March violation. He has also received final approval for the disinfection system, and is using the contact time from the tracer study and calculating disinfection CT correctly. System is meeting CTs. |
