| Details: | While consulting Frank Chinn about duties of a drinking water system operator and access to circuit rider I asked for him to have Nitrate sample done. The nitrate sampling violation is a result of a short period in 2025 while the system was activated then deactivated but the sampling was not done yet. The system has been advised to get the nitrate sample during the next quarter of coliform sampling to return to compliance. I reminded him this sample needs to come from the well head faucet. |
