| Details: | During a level 2 investigation we found that there was a missing backflow prevention device on a connection at an RV site in the park. The owner stated that one had been installed there and it must have been removed by the tenant. The owner stated that he would install a new one by the following day. We also discussed testing of the backflow devices. The backflow prevention devices were all installed at the park in late 2024 and had not been tested since installing them. We discussed the need to test them every year and David stated that he will be sure to test them regularaly in the future, and to make the future park manager aware of this responsibility. | ||
