| Details: | Contacted operator regarding TC+ water quality alert. Operator advised that the sample was labeled incorrectly and was supposed to be an assessment sample for the new well that is being constructed. The valves are closed and it is not hooked up to distribution yet. Josh Seerup was advised by Paula Grendel via email. Update: Advised operator to contact the lab to make the correction and have the lab re-submit to DMCE. 4/24/26 Update: Contacted operator once more to have the sample resubmitted as a special sample. |
