| Details: | This system had a coliform positive during routine sampling (5-16-19). Repeat were taken on 5-20-19 and 2 of the 4 samples were positive for total coliforms. Operator stated that the site of the original positive ( 122 Lake Way) was negative for coliforms. The well head -triggered- was positive but there was a hose leak in the well house which resulted in the leak spraying onto the wall and there was a booster pump leak also. Another location 328 Ponderosa Place was positive, operator states that this location had previously been identified for a leak that was subsequently repaired. System will be doing a level 1 investigation. | ||
