| Details: | I sent this message to Sam via email on 4/20/26 after I received a notice from DMCE regarding the monthly water quality parameter water report for corrosion control was submitted with an error. The April report was submitted on 4/16/26 with an entry on 4/20/26. The report was rejected. I was notified of a violation for the system not be tested at the minimum 14 day interval. Good morning, Sam, The corrosion report you submitted on 4/16 also included a reading for today April 20, 2026. You will need to submit an edited report by 5/10/26. As well you are required to monitor your system for Ph and Phosphate at minimum every two weeks. The state reported that your intervals in March did not meet that criteria. You will be issued a violation. I think it would be easier to keep track of your reports rather than a photo. Just a suggestion. Let me know if you have any questions. On 4/29/26 I spoke to Sam because an edited April report had not been submitted to DMCE. Sam stated he would send the edited report soon. |
