Details:	Operator contacted me in regards to violations currently listed. AS sample was missed last year. Need to take one this year. Violations also list no RT coliform reported for both Jan 2019 and March 2019. I do not understand this as they are listed as quarterly schedule. RT was taken in February 2019. I contacted DWS for information. Will relay explanation to operator.
